MRI from a 86 years-old patient is included below. He presented a frayed Achilles tendon, with a 3 cms break. Lluis Marsà was a great lover of tennis, to the point that at the age of 75, he still continues to practice it.

When he was 59 years old, he ruptured the Achilles tendon in both legs, which seemed to be the end of his favorite hobby.
